Cape Harmony 2015

What it is: a free, all-ages community singing experience where families, neighbors, and music-lovers come together to sing shortened versions of well-loved pop songs with easy-to-follow harmonies.

No auditions, no pressure, just joy!

If you feel inclined to make a donation, contributions will support the Arts Council of Princeton and the musicians leading the experience.

Who this is for:

  • Kids and parents who want to sing side-by-side

  • Adults who “used to sing” and are ready to bring singing back into their life

  • First-time singers who want to experience the magic of choir

  • Experienced singers looking to sing in a choir with low-commitment

How it works:

Learn a part in seconds at the event or choose a part to rehearse at home!

We love to feature members of our community with short solos throughout the program. Make sure you RSVP in advance to get the email when the solos become available.

A screen-free singing experience

PopUp Choir Princeton is intentionally phone-free and screen-free.

Instead of staring at iPads or projectors, everyone receives a simple lyric sheet with optional sheet music to follow. This keeps the focus on listening, connection, and the shared energy of singing in the same room.
